When you book with us, you’re agreeing to the following. We just want to be upfront about how we work and what to expect.
1. What to Expect
We always do our best to get your vehicle looking as clean as possible. That being said, not everything can be fixed—some stains, scratches, or smells just don’t come out all the way, especially if they’ve been there a while.
2. Vehicle Condition
If there’s anything already wrong with the vehicle (scratches, loose trim, worn areas, etc.), please let us know before we start. It helps us avoid making anything worse and lets us know what to be careful around.
3. Damage & Responsibility
We’re careful with every vehicle and use proper products and methods. But by booking with us, you understand that:
We can’t be held responsible for damage that was already there
Older or worn parts of a vehicle can sometimes be fragile, and we’re not responsible if those areas get worse during a normal detail
Very rarely, something unexpected can happen during the process, and we’re not responsible for minor or incidental damage that can occur while detailing
4. Personal Items
Please take your belongings out of the vehicle before your appointment. We’re not responsible for anything left inside.
5. Weather / Rescheduling
If the weather isn’t good (mainly for mobile jobs), we might need to reschedule. We’ll always try to give you a heads up.
6. Payment
Payment is due when the job is done unless we’ve talked about something different. Prices can change a bit depending on how big the vehicle is or how dirty it is.
7. If There’s an Issue
If something doesn’t look right after the detail, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll try to fix it.
